Bonus Terms

1. All bonus offers can only be issued to one person, family, and phone number.
2. If you have a duplicate account by browser (Duplicate by browser – registration of several accounts from your device), the use of a one-time promotional code with wagering for real and bonus balance is not available.
3. We reserve the right to refuse payouts to players using a disposable email address.
4. Players from the following countries are not eligible for any promotion unless otherwise stated in the Promotion rules: (where are the countries list?)
5. We reserve the right to reduce the bonus percentage to 25% for players who, in our opinion, have received a disproportionate amount of bonuses relative to the number of deposits made.
6. To receive a deposit bonus within the Welcome Bonus pack or any other deposit bonus (excluding free spins), a minimum deposit of MYR 10 or its equivalent in other currency is required.
7. In order to be able to withdraw winnings, any bonus must be wagered 45 (forty-five) times, unless otherwise stated.
8. Please note that different games may contribute differently towards wagering the bonus. When playing slots in favor of bonus wagering, 100% of the amount of bets placed is taken into account (except for the excluded games listed below).
9. Games from the “Jackpot”, “Instant Games” and “Live Casino” categories are not eligible for bonus promotions. Also, all games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live are not eligible for bonus promotions.
10. Players can request a withdrawal of the amount of the deposit made before the bonus wagering requirements are met. However, both the bonus and any winnings received while playing with it will be debited from the account in such cases. Please note that when playing with an active bonus, the real funds are spent first, and then the bonus ones.
11. All deposit bonuses that are part of the Welcome Bonus pack are available for 7 days. Free spins and all other bonuses (unless otherwise stated) are available within 24 hours from the moment they are credited.
12. If a bonus expires, the bonus amount and any winnings received while playing with this bonus are debited from the account.
13. Bets made during the game are debited from the real funds on the player’s balance. If there are no real funds left on the balance, then the bets made are debited from the bonus funds available on the account, unless otherwise stated.
14. All winnings from bets placed to meet the bonus wagering requirements are credited to the bonus balance.
15. The maximum allowed bet when playing with an active bonus is MYR 5 or its equivalent in other currency. This also applies to the cost of buying bonus games in slots, as well as the game for doubling after the end of the game round, for example, when a player bets all the winnings from the X game round on red/black in the risk game (doubling game).
16. If desired, any bonus can be canceled before the wagering requirements are met. To do this, you should contact the online support service on the website or simply use the “Cancel” button.
17. You can only receive one bonus at a time. Bonuses related to deposits do not stack. J8de reserves the right to cancel any bonuses or winnings obtained through fraud.
18. The maximum win from the deposit bonus is x10 of the initial bonus amount (unless otherwise stated). When wagering a mixed bonus, the initial bonus amount (x1) is first returned to the real balance, then you receive the rest of the winnings, taking into account the maximum win (x9).
19. Any winnings from the bonus or free spins received after the bonus itself has been wagered, lost, or canceled will be deducted from the balance.
20. Each payout is internally reviewed before approval. J8de reserves the right to cancel bonuses or winnings if such verification is failed. By accepting these terms and conditions, the player agrees with this rule in advance.
21. If such verification reveals that the player(s) are using fraudulent strategies, exploiting a technical problem or error in a system or program, or engaging in any activity that J8de, in its sole discretion, deems to be illegal (for example, “bonus abuse”), then J8de reserves the right to revoke such player’s right to use the promotion (and/or cancel the winnings obtained in this way). Only fully completed winning and losing bets contribute towards wagering the bonus.
22. It is forbidden to have more than one account. Creating more than one J8de account for the purpose of receiving bonuses will be considered bonus abuse and may result in a feature of funds.
23. According to the rules of game providers, bonus rounds and free spins do not participate in the jackpot draw. Jackpots are only available for real money wagers.
24. Minimal risk bets on any game (i.e. a bet placed proportionately on several different outcomes in one hand to create a minimal risk “action”) will not count towards wagering. An example of a bet with minimal risk is the simultaneous bet on red and black in roulette, or, for example, the simultaneous bet on the player and the banker in baccarat.
25. If a player is suspected of abusing a promotion that offers free spins, or if a player, having made a deposit in order to receive free spins, has not made bets of at least three times the amount of the deposit (excluding bets in table games), J8de administration reserves the right to cancel any bonuses in the form of free spins and all winnings resulting from their use.
26. If a player is suspected of abusing a promotion that offers free spins or bonuses that do not require a deposit, as well as if the player, having made a deposit in order to receive free spins, has not made bets for at least three times the deposit amount (excluding bets in table games), J8de administration reserves the right to cancel any bonuses in the form of free spins and all winnings received as a result of their use. The administration also has the right to prohibit all further activations of no deposit bonuses at its discretion.
27. If while playing at J8de, you win an amount considered by the casino management as worthy of publicity, you agree to take part in any such event organized by J8de. Your personal data is under reliable protection at J8de, and for promotional purposes we reserve the right to use only your first name and the first letter of your last name in any announcements about the results of promotions or on site pages.
28. Please be aware that when claiming a deposit bonus, both the deposit and the bonus are blocked by the wagering requirements. This means that you need to either cancel the bonus or wager it. When a bonus is canceled, both the bonus amount itself and any winnings received when playing with it are debited from the balance. In favor of wagering the bonus, bets made on both real and bonus funds are taken into account, unless otherwise stated.
29. In any dispute, the decision of J8de is final.
30. Please keep in mind that it is not allowed to wager a bonus exclusively with bonus funds and then complete the wagering already started with cash bets when the bonus funds become available or are canceled. If a player uses such game tactics, J8de reserves the right to confiscate the winnings received in this way.
31. Please note that the bonus will be canceled automatically if the amount on the game balance is less than MYR 0.1 (or the equivalent in another currency). If there are unclosed game rounds, the automatic closing of the bonus is not possible; in this case, the bonus must be canceled before activating a new one. Please note that the strategy of postponing bonus rounds is also prohibited (leaving the slot after the bonus game appears in it and ending this bonus game later, after re-entering the slot). In such cases, any winnings may be confiscated. Cancellation of the bonus can occur within five minutes.
32. If you use a promo code when making a deposit to receive a bonus within a promotion that is not available for your account for some reason, you will not be able to receive this bonus.
33. If for any reason, the selected deposit bonus has not been activated, the player should contact customer support for assistance before playing. If the selected deposit bonus has not been activated and the player has already spent part or all of the funds, the selected deposit bonus cannot be added manually.
